Gordonator SG Introducing the Commando Training Institute, which consists of (pic above, frm left to right) Special Operations Tactical Centre (SOTAC) Special Operations Training Support Centre (SOTSC) Special Operations Training Centre (SOTC).
Gordonator SG don't know about u guys but the motto "Uncommon People, Uncommon Place" sounds kinda weird, don'tcha think?
Ristar SG sounds weird... so wat? its for CDO wat.... jk jk. imho, if they put "Home of the Elites", ppl will "waaaahhhhhhh" but uncommon ppl, uncommon place... Towards Perfection!
thousandisland SG i always had utmost respect for the cdos esp after reading the memoirs of an ex cdo here.
packjust SG Hey, it's harder to be an "X-man" than a commando. You need to be gifted in the first place.
Gordonator SG a bit off-topic but seems like all training schools has changed name to Institute liao doncha think. CTI (Cdo Training Institute) ETI (Engineer Training Institute) SMTI (SAF Medical Training Institute) AI (Artillery Institute) SI (Signal Institute) ITI (Infantry Training Institute) ATI (Armour Training Institute) OETI (Ordnance Engineering Training Institute) so when is guards geting it's own institute?
nanren4ever SG Doesn't sound like towards Perfection leh... More like outcasts of society coming together in a outcast institute.. But of course, we all know Commandos damn 'xiong', so they want to put what is their business
rebelray SG Why not "Weird People, Weird Place"? Just j/k But it is shorter, more catchy and easier to say then the original. Raymond
